1 diced red onion

1 chopped zucchini

12 oz. of chopped tomatoes

12 oz. of frozen corn, thawed

1 finely chopped bell pepper with the core and stem removed

4 teaspoons of finely grated parmesan

1 minced garlic clove

2 tablespoons of finely chopped basil

1 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

½ cup of red wine

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions:

Pour the oil into a skillet and gently heat it at a medium-high temperature for 30-40 seconds. Once hot, add the onions, garlic, and ground beef and season them lightly with salt and pepper. Cook the beef and onions for a good 7-8 minutes. The beef must be fully browned, so break the meat apart as it cooks and stir every 15-20 seconds.
